Micah Terrell serves as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Aegis Terra, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across U.S. Special Operations, the Intelligence Community, and defense technology innovation. Throughout his career, Micah has been entrusted with sensitive national security missions, including managing global intelligence portfolios exceeding $200M, leading multi-disciplinary teams in deployed and contested environments, and supporting senior military and national-level decision makers during high-consequence operations.
His background spans operational intelligence, global mission planning, and technical capability integration, where he consistently translated complex mission requirements into actionable operational and technical solutions supporting joint and special operations mission environments.
Prior to and alongside Aegis Terra, Micah held executive and operational leadership roles across multiple defense and technology organizations, where he built and managed multi-million-dollar pipelines, scaled emerging technologies from prototype to operational deployment, and led cross-functional teams supporting both government and commercial mission customers.
Micah has successfully guided go-to-market and product lifecycle strategies for secure communications, AI-enabled analytics, and resilient network technologies, while implementing operational frameworks that enable compliance, scalability, and long-term program capture in regulated federal environments. His work has consistently focused on aligning technical innovation with real-world operational use cases to ensure solutions are deployable, survivable, and mission relevant.​
